The Financial Health of a City Directly Impacts the Financial Health of it's Residents.

At the upcoming Council meeting being held on 8/25/20, Council will be reviewing and approving the following:

1) The FY2020-2021 Budget - Special Study Session @ 6:00 p.m.

2) Resolution amending the fiscal year 2020/21 budget for the allocation of $300,000 on CARES Act Funding, Small business relief — Agenda Item #3

3) Approving a new class specification of Unhoused Resident Coordinator, assigning a salary range, having this salary range placed on the hourly classifications salary schedule and authorizing the appropriate budget adjustment. — Agenda Item #9

These are some of the decisions that Council will be making Tuesday evening that will impact the City’s financials. I’ll be sharing more prior to Tuesday to help break down the details.

My goal is to keep you updated and engaged in what’s happening financially in our City and to promote transparency.
